Oddly, A couple months later I get a packet in the mail from Google. It includes a response letter, a folder, decals, and an American Apparel tuxedo T-shirt.
And Then There was the Email I sent to Microsoft:

Message: I am a playwright and have so many files that I wrote on an old computer in Microsoft Works. Now I have a computer that runs Windows 7 that only came with a limited trial version of Microsoft Word, so I run openoffice, which doesn’t read .wps files. I opened and added to a file in Office Starter and did not realize it only opens in read-only (what?) and lost about two hours of work. I have spent more time than i care to admit dealing with the problem that is the .wps file format, and struggle with it to this day.
